Refund
1.1. All sales are final at the Website and refund will not be given except the following conditions:
1.1.1. Client did not receive their order. As long as the game object has not been delivered or partially delivered, cancellation and refund is possible at any time.
1.1.2. Product/Voucher received by the client does not match product description.
1.2. Refund policy does not cover the following:
1.2.1. Transactions made outside of the Website.
1.2.2. Refunds will not be issued due to buyer’s dissatisfaction with the game object, remorse, mistakenly purchased items, in the scenario that the buyer’s computer does not meet the minimum product requirements; and never escalate the order within 72 hours.
1.2.3. PeakPay does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend a client’s account for filing fraudulent claims.
1.3. PeakPay only considers refund requests within 72 hours from the moment of purchasing game object.
1.4. The money can be returned only to the bank/payment account from which the balance was replenished.
1.5. The transfer of the refund could take up to 14 business days. The exact time depends on the particular payment systems. PeakPay can not influence this process.
1.6. Client can request only a full refund.
